At the OCHM, we are always looking to recruit people who enjoy volunteering and are eager to learn new things. Our mission-driven volunteers will support the work of the museum through service in our curatorial, education, or programming departments, or in other behind-the-scenes roles.

Interested individuals should feel comfortable working with our patrons of diverse abilities, ages, and backgrounds. A background in history is welcome, but not necessary. You must be at least 16 years of age to volunteer with the OCHM. To learn more, visit our Volunteer page.
